Apple Cider Doughnut

For the doughnuts:
    • ½ cup milk
    • 1 large egg, beaten
    • ⅓ cup butter, melted
For the topping:
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted

Directions for doughnuts: Grease and flour or spray a doughnut pan. Preheat oven to 400℉. Pour doughnut mix into a bowl. Add milk, egg and melted butter. Beat well to combine. Fill doughnut wells half full (this is easiest using a pastry bag with a large tip). Bake 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Directions for topping: Pour topping mix into a small bowl. Remove doughnuts from pan while still warm. Brush each side of doughnut with melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve immediately.
